Heres a new screen grab of the titles for the film. Been trying to think of something that the working title could be changed to and have kind of decided on this. ellen. Simple yet the whole essence of the film.

First Edit day was yesterday!
It felt good to get into Post after the stresses of the shooting period. It also gave me an opportunity to view the rushes with my supervisor, which turned out quite positive considering he hadn’t heard of the changes to the film.
I managed to get a very rough edit together but not every scene quite yet. I’m using one of the universities Hard Drives at the moment and have filled one of the partitions the drive is split into so have purchased a new (read, fucking expensive) hard drive that will hopefully last me a very long time.
An advantage is that its made for travelling so I shouldn’t have to worry about a footage dump when the time comes on the road.

Another camp fire test. This time shot on location using a small camp fire as the only source of light. SD copy online but shot in HD.
Location Recce Still from today, scouting for a place to shoot the camp fire scene. The place is perfect and we have access, release forms already signed and a really nice manager so everything is looking good.
